One Pint (16oz) of Homemade Pasta Fagioli Soup Base!! Perfect soup for the chilly nights. Made with tomatoes, tomato paste, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, beef broth, my Texas Rub (listed), oregano, parsley, kosher salt, splash of lemon juice, kidney beans, & cannellini beans. Slow simmered for several hours. Soup Base has a shelf life of 18 months & up to 3 years stored in a cool dark place. Once opened, refrigerate & they will keep in the fridge for approximately 6-8 weeks. I will include a printed recipe/instructions with each order. All you do is bring soup base to a boil. Add 1/2 cup of cooked ground beef, bison, or turkey & add 1/2 cup cooked ditalini pasta. Ladle in a bowl, sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Serve with breadsticks & a salad. Serves 2-3.
