This Personalized Family Name / Blended Date / Blended Family Sign is custom designed by Creative Sign Language & made to order (various color combinations can be requested - see second photo for paint chart - or we can match your swatch - sample shown with Dark Grey background, with charcoal initial & white & cobalt blue text). This sign is hand painted on 1 thick pine wood & is available in 15, 18", 24", 30" & 36" sizes). Signs have a wax finish to seal them. Backside is painted & saw tooth hanger is included for the 15", 18" & 24" sizes - the larger sizes (30" & 36") have rings & wire included for hanging (I generally do not attach in case you choose to display on an easel or lean against wall on mantle etc. but will attach if requested). No two signs are exactly the same as hand painted & wood varies. Please allow 2-3 weeks production time before shipment - if you need sooner please let me know & will see what I can do based on my current number of orders. Shipping costs are to the continental United States. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada but will need to quote you a shipping cost & set up a custom order to proceed.
