PHONE NUMBER We do not offer proofs or discounts for orders less than 50 pieces. If you leave it up to us we will use the same font & thread color on the sample picture. Basic embroidery instructions… #1 - Please try to put your instructions in the notes section when checking out. If you miss the notes section no problem, just send an email after purchase & we will attach it to the order. #2 - When sending your embroidery instructions, please keep in mind that we will embroider the name as you send it. If you send the name in ALL CAPS we will embroider it in ALL CAPS. Monograms can be done in one of two ways #1 - aBc indicates that you want a traditional monogram style embroidery (the last name is usually the middle initial & will be larger than the other two letters, all letters will be done in caps unless otherwise stated by the customer. #2 - ABC indicates that you want all the initials the same size & that the order you put them in is the way you want them embroidered. Shipping Time - Production Time Please be patient when waiting for your order. Our Prices are very competitive & therefore we get a lot of orders. Most of our items about 99% are made to order - this takes time. 1st - your order information needs to be printed & clarified ( checked to make sure we have all of the information needed ie… size, embroidery information, thread color, etc…, 2nd - your order goes to the design department where your design is made (even names are done this way). 3rd - your order goes to the embroidery department. 4th - your order goes to the sewing dept. for final touches, like bows ribbon, etc. 5th - your order
