A behind the scenes look at the food service professionals working in a high pressure kitchen at a high profile seafood restaurant in a popular tourist destination, Destin, Florida. But when the star chef the restaurant is named after flakes out totally the restaurant’s owner finds a replacement with another hot shot New Orleans chef, Julian Romeo. But the way Julian runs his kitchen is unusual. Then everyone working in the popular restaurant get involved in something they will all pay a high price for.
