Platinum & Moissanite Tension-Set Earrings

These stylish platinum earrings belonged were originally set with diamonds but my client wanted new, more traditional settings made for them. Rather than melt the platinum, I bought it & reset the earrings with moissanites. Moissanite is a natural stone that has most of the properties of diamonds but, mercifully, not at the same cost. The stones are 4.5mm in diameter & each comes with a lab certificate. The studs are 8mm across, weigh 2.7 grams & come with platinum butterflies. They’re hallmarked as platinum on the posts.
