Returns & exchange details Since the cookies are perishable items, returns & exchanges are not accepted. I take great care in packaging my cookies to ensure that they will arrive intact. However, no refunds will be given for broken or damaged cookies; no refunds will be given due to carrier delays. Once the package has left my possession, the shipping & handling of the package is no longer in my control. If they do, please file a complaint with the USPS(priority mail has insurance) We are not the ones responsible for any inconveniences regarding that & we unfortunately can not offer refunds in those case. This order is for 12 mini popsicle sugar cookies, cookies are hand decorated in pastel colors. These mini cookies are great option for birthday party treats,goodie bags,summer reunions & pool parties. The cookies are approximately 2" & put in cellophane bags then sealed. The cookies will stay fresh for 2 weeks in their bags. Please be aware that the processing time is different for certain orders. If you need more than 2 dozens let me know before placing them due to the processing time is a little longer. That way I may coordinate in a timely manner so your order gets to you on time This order is sold as is in the picture,if you need a custom order please let me know that way I can send you a custom link for your request. The cookies are shipped USPS Priority Mail (excludes Sundays) The cookies are bagged & bubble wrapped. If damage occurs due to the handling by the post office please keep the damaged box & you must file a complaint with the USPS. If the damage is not due to USPS please contact me & I will work with you to replace damaged cookie if it is because of faulty packaging. You must notify me within 6 hours of delivery.
