This is a Vintage Arco RAMBO Pencil Top Eraser of General Warhawk. It is still sealed in its original packaging but the packaging is creased & worn. The plastic is starting to seperate in spots, but the doll is new & never been played with. I guess he slides over a pencil. Item #841 Small parts for Children over 3 years of age.
