It features a goat or a rams head at each end of the cuff. This is a smaller size cuff. My wrist is 6 1/2 inches & the cuff sits nicely & securely on the sides. The cuff measures 6 inches around the outside & about 5 1/4 inches around the inside. It is quite heavy at 49.54 grams & the band of the cuff is 5.4 millimeters thick. This bangle is too thick to adjust at all. The heads are very detailed & this bangle is very well made. The bangle is marked STERLING & 925.
