CUSTOMIZE YOUR DESIGN All of our designs can be modified by choosing different colors or fonts. Please refer to the picture in the listing for font & color options. HOW TO CAPTURE YOUR PRINTS We accept prints that were captured in any way (paint, ink, etc) on any type of paper (even prints from a birth record or baby book). Optionally, you can use our Ink-less Print Kit to capture prints with no ink & no mess! You can scan & upload them to us, or you can mail them to our studio. TIME Our production schedule changes depending on the amount of orders we are currently working on. We typically say our ceramic keepsakes will ship out 2-3 weeks after receiving your order & prints, & paper keepsakes will ship within 1 week.
