This is a gorgeous heart made from Rosarita. Rosarita is a glass-like material similar to obsidian that is formed in a volcanic reaction. The material is durable & readily polishes to a beautiful shine. Rosarita, with its intense red color & nearly perfect clarity is a gorgeous alternative to the scarce & endangered coral. The heart is set in sterling silver that is hand stamped around the entire heart which provides depth & texture. The heart is ‘flying’ as two solid silver wings are attached on either side & make the heart appear to be flying. The wings are attached to a very unique chain which has small discs & gives a very cool appearance of very tiny coins. It’s a unique piece, handmade & one of a kind. It would make a lovely gift for someone or for yourself! The pendant with wings is about 3 1/2 inches the heart alone is 2 inches. It is 20 inches long with the chain.
