Before all I print an high resolution image on a special pvc sheet. Then I glue the pvc to the ceramic tile. I apply the first two coats of paint (all our glazes & paints are water-based & absolutely eco-friendly). The day after I bake the tile at high temperature so as to ensure maximum strenght & durability. Then I begin the process of vitrification. I apply more layers of a special glaze created & patented by me (always water-based). I use only brushes. I follow traditional methods. No airbrush or machinery.
