Triple Jacklope © 2012 by Shane Odom A Set of five “Triple Jackalope” Holiday Greeting Cards, blank inside for your own message. Original created for the Winter Holidays & Solstice, it is framable & a gift for all seasons. The image of the Triple Hares, interlocked by their ears, is a mysterious one, that has crossed continents & time. It sprang up in the far East along the Silk Road until it was adopted by the artisans of Medieval Europe. It has a particular prevalance in the ancient landscape of Devon in the UK. The image has long been considered a symbol of fertility & hares & rabbits are often associated with the moon. The Jackalope, a folkloric creature from the late 19th century American West, has similarities to fictional beasts found in European traditions. Together, they seem a perfect blend of mystery & lore. The original drawing was hand drawn in pen & ink & digitally colored by Shane Odom of Mythical Designs. Blank inside & on the back is the Flying Wingnut Graphics Logo, our publishing division. We include a white envelope with each card. The Watermark does not appear on the final product. This is 5 Cards shipped together. Set Of Five Triple Jackalope Greeting Cards
