I created this formula with one thing in mind - falling asleep easier. Tired of tossing & turning, sometimes for hours before you finally fall asleep? Me too! & that’s why this product exists. It’s a natural ORGANIC oil blend that you apply before going to sleep at night, to help your mind & eyes gently relax so sleep comes much easier. I like applying about a half hour before going to bed at night. Simply roll it on your temples, under your nose if you would like, roll across your thyroid glands. If you would like you could even roll across your pillow so the fragrance of the oils keeps you in a nice deep sleep all night. If you use an essential oil diffuser, this blend also comes in a dropper bottle so you can add several drops to your diffuser before turning it on.
