The Sweet Dreams Essential Oil blend is made with premium Plant Therapy & Florihana Essential Oils with the goal of calming the mind & body & helping you relax into sleep! I created this blend featuring Lavender, Roman Chamomile, Frankincense, Bergamot, & Ylang Ylang, diluted in Jojoba Oil. The blended scent is very soothing & grounding & Jojoba is an excellent carrier oil as it has a long shelf life & most closely matches the natural serum of our skin! Each roller bottle is 10 ml & has a few crystal chips in them associated with the intention of the blend. The Sweet Dreams blend includes Amethyst & Moonstone - two stones good for increasing relaxation, stress & anxiety relief, & improving sleep! Usage: All blends are diluted in Jojoba carrier oil & ready to roll! Roll onto your temples, the back of your neck, or the bottoms of your feet when you are ready for bed.
