We all aim at success at each of our steps and this is achieved through interacting with others subscribing to coherence in between. This depends not only how we conduct ourselves but also on who we and the others are. Therefore, success is subjective to human personality constitutions with respect to those involved in interactions.This makes study of ‘Social Psychology’ principally a study of human personality constitutions and their interactions. With this view in mind, the present volume deals with human personality in great detail followed by its improvements and understanding others before an interaction.
