This book tries to provide the nectar of Lord Sri Rama’s beauty and grace. Having gone through the difficulties of human life, he easily comprehends and readily addresses the afflictions of mankind. Hence it is said that the mere utterance of the word ‘Rama’ is enough for alleviating the pains and safely taking one across the ocean of life. Thus, he is called ‘Dayaa Saagara’ (ocean of compassion) and ‘Taaraka Raama’ (Rama who enables one to cross or pass over). This book has two major parts - the first part which presents the difficulties plaguing mankind as an offering (Aveda Nivedana) and the second part summarizing the essence of the Ramayana epic in the form of a Satakam.
