NEW! Introducing my newest yarn line, Stipple! Stipple is a non-superwash 75% Merino/25% South American wool yarn, that is hand dyed & blended creating a solid-colored yarn with flecks of gradient colors. It’s not quite a marl, not quite a gradient, & not quite a solid. The best of all three worlds! Some will work up with subtle color shifts, others will be more bold. The last photo in this listing shows you how this yarn works up. The sample is the Love Note sweater by tincanknits, & it is knit in the colorway Movie Night. (Sample sweater & skeins in last photo are not included in this listing.) Base: Stipple DK Weight: DK/Light Worsted Weight Fiber: 75% Merino Wool/25% South American Wool (Non-Superwash) Yardage: Approx. 230 yards, 100g Colorway: Baggy Pants The base color of this yarn is Taupe (with a bit of a Mauve vibe to it. This yarn WILL felt, so please hand wash in cool water only. Due to the hand dyeing & milling nature, each skein is a one-of-a-kind, even when from the same dye lot. No need to alternate skeins when working with multiple skeins on a large project. Hand dyed by me in a smoke-free, yet pet friendly home. A note about the milling process. All Stipple yarns are milled in a small, family-run US mini mill. This means that the yarns are created by hand in small batches on simple cottage industry equipment. Due to this, there will be small variances in the thickness of the yarn throughout the skein, as well as the occasional slub or join where the spinning machine “Burped while in the middle of the run. :)” Stipple Dk - Baggy Pants Merino Wool Blend Hand Dyed Yarn Gradient Striping Marl Marled Ombre Knitting Crochet Indie Dyer Worsted
