IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT USING A TEA BALL It is not uncommon for small particles of tea to get out of tea balls, through the mesh or through the sides, that’s just the nature of loose tea. The particles will become saturated with tea & sink to the bottom of the cup, this is perfectly normal & they are perfectly okay to consume. If little particles of tea at the bottom of the cup bother you, then a tea ball is probably not for you. Returns for this issue will not be accepted. Tea balls should be washed/rinsed out by hand & should not be placed in a dishwasher.
