Overly the last month or so I developed a form of tendinitis in my right thumb & wrist. Using a special wrist & thumb brace has become a royal thorn in my side considering I have to use my hands all day for work. & oral over the counter pain medications like ibuprofen & acetaminophen really didn’t help me at all. Finally I turned back to my good old essential oils & found a recipe that works. Just two drops rubbed into the area I’m experiencing pain in, & within a few minutes the pain is gone & I can get back to my normal routine without pain & without a special brace. The oils used in this blend include (all organic) peppermint, marjoram, tea tree, rosemary, lemon grass, helichyrsum, & extra virgin olive. To Use: Massage one or two drops into affected area.
