For instance, some of us in Haiti may use extra or fewer ingredients, charcoals or dried wood, and holes to cook while here in the USA may use more salt, and electronic, or gas stoves to cook. Really, We bow to nature as our trays overflowing with ethnic foods to distribute to all ethnic backgrounds. This book is created to not only teach you some of the basics of Haitian cuisines but to show you how rooted we are even though we are from different countries etc. Our food is the same, we traditionally prepare it in different ways.
