This are two vintage cookbooks from the 1950s. They are full of information for owners of vintage ‘Hamilton Beach’ mixers as well as baking tips for everyone from ‘Calumet’ baking powder. These are recipes made from scratch the old-fashioned way. The HB book has 50 pages & the ‘Learn to bake . . .’ cookbook has 80 pages. They have both been used, but are in good condition with no lost pages. They seem to be the perfect gift for beginner or connoisseur - chef or historian. All the pages are legible.
