Impressive 14K gold amethyst diamond monogram ring size 8 C.1860. Deep purple faceted amethyst set in wide bezel. A monogram letter carved in & inlaid with gold on the top of the amethyst & accented with sparkling rose cut diamonds. All diamonds are intact. The amethyst is 20 mm long 14 mm wide. The ring face is 24 mm X 18 mm. It raised over finger 10 mm. Fluted band is 3.5 mm wide. The ring hallmarked 14K. Total weight is 9.4 grams. Very good antique condition commensurate with age.
