Craft Stick (toothpick) is attached unless you put in the notes section upon checkout that you don’t want us to attach the craft stick & want to use your own. Toppers are fully assembled & ready to add to your cupcakes! P.S Cupcakes are NOT included they are only used for display to show how the toppers will look like on a cupcake.
