There is a gold tone heart key ring still in the box or a butterfly trinket dish & the cover is a pin (no box) or a plastic egg with a gold tone necklace with enamel flower inside (no box). ~ Sizes ~ key ring is 2 5/8" long x 1 3/8" wide. butterfly is 2" long x 1 1/2" wide x 7/8" high egg is 2 1/2" long x 1 7/8" wide x 1 5/8" high.
