This is a lovely, vintage wool blend cardigan in rich cream, trimmed at the neck, front & cuffs with wide bands of intricate floral beading. It’s knit of a blend: of 70% Lambswool, 20% Angora, 10% Nylon. The soft sweater fastens with hidden hook & eye closures at the front opening, & is fully lined in lightweight silk. The sweater is Fully Fashioned. It is marked size 42, & is an approximate modern size Large, measuring 42 at the bust, 36 at the waist, & 23" from high point of front shoulder to hem. The sweater is in good vintage condition: several tiny holes have been repaired & are scarcely visible when the sweater is worn. Also, there is a small area of light spots on the upper right sleeve (please see last three photos for close-ups). One beautiful vintage beaded sweater!"
