Vintage Japan Christmas Nativity Putz Animals Paper Mache Composition Donkey Cow Sheep

These three vintage Japan animals are very primitive. They appear to be paper mache but I’m not sure. Cow is 3 1/2 long, donkey is 3 & sheep/ram is 2 3/4". He has a small chip on ear & donkey has small area of paint loss on leg. See photos for condition. Will be carefully packed for shipping!"
