This sweet & difficult to find ram is part of a collection of animal sculptures designed by Lloyd Bryan in the 1960s. in addition to working independently, Bryan produced art through Jaru Art Products (1950-1968) in Culver City, California. Great texture serves as a background for a warm ochre glaze. Rounded shapes make the ram a charming addition to any collection of Mcm animals. in beautiful vintage condition with no damage. Measures 10" long, 4 1/2" wide, 7 1/2" tall. Very heavy at over 5 lbs on its own. No visible signature, these were usually signed on the hoof.
