Made of exquisite chiffon in vibrant turquoise with a delicate floral print. Fitted bodice & long ethereal flowy skirt. Sheer puffed bishop sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Lightly ruched scoop neck. Wide matching self belt with 3 hooks & eyes closure. Rear zipper closure on the dress. Silky sea foam green lining - very soft - not rustling. High quality materials & construction. Check out more details below… Designer Note: Jay Anderson (1920-2003) was a graduate of the Ethel Traphagen School of Fashion Design in New York. He began his career as a junior designer in New York City. After a stint with the Army Corp of Engineers during WWII, he moved to Florida, where he designed custom clothes for Miami’s socially prominent women. He established Jay Anderson Inc there in 1956.
