Was born in 1927 in the city of Kamyshlov, Sverdlovsk region, Russia. in 1949 she graduated from the Sverdlovsk Art School & continued her education in Estonia (the city of Tartu). Participant of art exhibitions since 1956. Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1971. The works were purchased by the Dnepropetrovsk Art Museum, Kirovograd gallery “Elisavetgrad” & private collectors from all over Europe. Victoria Kostenko is included in the Dictionary of Russian & Soviet Painting of the 20th Century 1900-1980 Matthew Kallern Bown (p. 162).
