Vintage Heine’s Blend 8oz tobacco tin. Paint can style tin from Sutliff blue tin with what appears to be a Dutch man & a windmill. I assume the can is c1950s since it is stamped Sutliff Richmond VA & it’s my understanding, they did not move operations to VA until early 1950s Very Unique brand / style & it still has the lid. Great decor piece or add it to your collection. 4.25" tall & across Can is in fairly good condition. Graphics are in good shape but it does have some minor dings & scratches & minor rust on lid.
