I slow roast the beans while adding a twist of vanilla, a hint of cranberry & allspice… all with a slight smokey overtone. This is a fantastic coffee with a bit of a kick. My liquid flavorings completely coat the beans resulting in a delicious & robust cup of coffee. Unlike most flavored coffee I first roast the beans, then re-roast the beans on very low heat adhering the flavors to the beans. I am hoping that you enjoy this fantastic cuppa as much as I do.
