Just slip the dog collar your dog is currently wearing through the casing sewn into the top of the bandana. Our Dog Bandana Sizes: For a proper fit, measure the width of clasp on collar. This is the thickest part of collar & the casing at the top of the bandana should be large enough to accommodate. Large is approx. 10" across with a casing of 2 ½ " Medium is approx 7 ½ " across with a casing of 1 ½ " Small is approx 6" across with a casing of about 1 ½" Extra Small is approx. 5" across with a casing of about 1-1/4" Note: The photos show a medium bandana.
