I’ve seen multiple pieces over the years, with the same attributes. Do you think I can remember who made these? No. But I think we can narrow it down to Hobé, Kramer, Alice Caviness, or Hattie Carnegie. Ok, maybe not so narrowed down. Nonetheless, they are really lovely with their soft blue & white givré (blended color) rhinestones, their twinkling blue aurora borealis chatons & the well defined roses. All stones are prong set in gold tone metal. These are in excellent vintage condition & measure 1 1/8 inches.
